Creative activities
Amri Aminov graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg. From there, his artistic ambitions and desires led him to the capital of the arts, Paris. For two decades, he has been involved intensively in sculpture. His works are exhibited in the Museum of the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, the Israeli National Museum in Tel Aviv and are represented in many private collections in the USA, Europe and Asia. He also participates with significant international organizations. For example, he created the UNESCO Cities for Peace Prize and the Trebbia statue. He is currently completing a monumental statue for the Parisian district of Saint Germaine en Laye, where he lives with his family and creates his works. In 2001, he received the Masaryk Academy of Arts Award for creative activity. In addition, he is a laureate of the European Medal of Franz Kafka.
